PvE gets a lot and it would be nice to see that love shared to PvP.

Yes, we have BGs, Dueling, IC, and Cyro but what about something new....

DLC’s get new dungeons and such.

Wouldn’t you like to see PvP get a new place to play or something new. adding to the excitement?

Share ya ideas or thoughts thnx. :)

I’d like to see cyro completely reworked , made smaller to stop it being horse riding simulator . Might also help with the crashes

You're getting a new siege weapon. What more do you want?

I was hoping for someplace or something new tbh.

IC was interesting and a lot of fun which shows ZoS most certainly has that creativity to come up with something interesting.

Rapids are your friend but I get you. Maybe ask for more mount speed lessons in the daily rewards....

Better performance, more PvP added features, different kinds of PvP content, different rewards, new achievements, another Map based on a theme, etc....

I would like more, as I am sure PvE does.

I am completely fine with just Cyrodiil. I dont think PvP needs any new content. It is not getting boring.

Very few of the original team who designed IC still work for ZOS. After Konkle left, the concept of DAoC in Elder Scrolls universe has gone out the window. It is also worth noting that IC is not exactly bursting with activity.

In the current state of PvP any kind of new content should definitely be way behind basic perfomance fixes on pirority list. What good is new content if you can't really play it?

If zos listens to their forums, cyrodiil will never change. The majority here just wants to pve and zerg till the servers crash from 3 faction stacks in the same keep. As for IC, they won't ever change it, they are more likely to make IC 2 electric boogaloo where we find out what the drake of blades has been doing the past 6 years. And for BG's they are basically giving up on any form of high-end competitive play ideas- IMO Zos really needs new developers who actually want to expand on pvp.

New content is good because if ZOS got interested by forum threads and other social media they may start toting with ideas. Besides as with anything in ESO, it would take awhile to implement and get it to live, a long time. That’s how it works. If there is no shown interest in more PvP content, they are not even going to work on that but just nerfs and performance.

Zos has added new BGs since the original addition to ESO. That is new content.

Beyond that, it is a long shot. This game was not designed with a PvP focus but merely has PvP as added interesting activities for us. PvP does not foot the bill for the game which is why we have had nothing concerning PvP that cost real money since IC.

Do u really need another dead place like IC? Why?

Compare pve to pvp content is a such dumb move, every mmo/game story is developing only by PVE so yea.

Nopes, I would certainly hope for something lively.

I was comparing the amount of content, not the content itself nothing dumb in that. PvP certainly can get something more. :)

True on many points but perhaps if PvPers would ask for said content they may get it.

ZoS knows PvPers spend the green stuff just as much as PvE players and we are use to long shots.

Cyrodill should have a separated pve-only map for it, while adding a new pvp campaign zones to each of the factions, like if they were being disputed. Just for the people who look for PVP. Some examples: Alik'r Desert, Greenshade and Stonefalls.

Imperial City was paid DLC. It is now free. Not "free" as in included with ESO+, but free as in ZOS are literally giving it away. Battlegrounds used to be paid content locked behind Morrowind Chapter. Battlegrounds are now free. Not "free" as in included with ESO+, but free as in ZOS are literally giving it away. The fact that ZOS has to keep giving away PvP content in order to get enough people to make it playable bodes poorly for any significant investment in new PvP content. ZOS will probably make tweaks around the edges, but I cannot see them making a big investment of time and money on new PvP content when there is a long history of PvP content not selling in ESO.

I mean Imperial City and Orsinium came out within months. One is being given away for free and one became the model for "Chapters" that require a cash purchase every year. It is obvious what kind of content is selling and what is not.

I do not mean this as a knock against PvP. I am Centurion rank in PvP. I PvP quite a bit and enjoy it. But I just don't think it is realistic to expect ZOS to put a lot of resources into something that is not very popular. I can queue for the main Cyrodiil campaign on a Saturday night and there is no queue. Poor performance probably has something to do with that. But, good performance or bad, there are not a lot of people playing the existing PvP content. Until ZOS can remedy that, new PvP content seems unlikely.

Perhaps they could add small "city zone" style pvp area but instead of alliance vs alliance it would be guild vs guild maybe on a tourney type system that could be doable though coding it do prevent exploiting would be painful at best
    Or
Perhaps they could make /create some sort of team based dueling tournament 4 v 4 as an example arena style not open city

Maybe, maybe not. We do know that Zos knows better than us who pays out the most green stuff in a PvE focused game. After all, they did see the revenues IC brought in and made it free and how many did not buy the first chapter to gain access to the much-requested BGs and made that free as well. Facts do not support your claim.

If Zos truly felt that PvP focused players would pay PvP content in this game it would they would add PvP content more often than once every few years. Think about that for a moment.

The downfall of Fallout 76 from Bethesda was they focused too much on PVP features when most of their players were PVE centric and they starved to death their playerbase. This games population is the same way, more people PVE than they do PVP so PVP is not a major focus even tho they nerf everything like it is.

They should split Cyrodiil into separate pieces and make multiple campaigns for each one to lighten the load and improve performance perhaps. Maybe have different mechanics and gimmicks in each campaign to dominated the map as well.

But that's just my crazy idea. It's clear cyrodiil performance is never going to improve. By cutting it up into different sections with different types of pvp to participate in, could reinvigorate and improve overall performance quality. Probably not, since it IS ZoS. But for those who feel like pvp is too stagnant, could work.

I’d like to see a smaller map with smaller population cap size ideally with limited siege.
