Now it seems like there is not even a maintenance next week. Do you have any ETA when you will attempt to fix this?

Since you seemed to have avoided reading the actual announcement (pinned thread) Gina provided to communicate with us why the maintenance has been delayed I will provide a link to it below. Oh, and if you actually do read it you will easily see why a future date has not been provided.

Zos is poor about communicating with us. However, it helps to actually read what they do tell us instead of making uninformed threads.

If you had actually read this thread you would have seen that I have read it and also pointed out that it only covers part of my concern which is the lack of a maintenance and doesn't address when and how they will fix all the current ongoing issues.

However, it helps to actually read what people write instead of making uninformed posts.

LOL. The fact you had to state you were aware of Gina's thread more than once shows the importance of conveying a clear message, to begin with, and editing that message when it is pointed out it lacks such clarity. Odd that you found the need to point out others noted the deficiencies before I did.

You literally just focused on one aspect (no maintenance) of my post and ignored all the rest (the fact that the game is pretty much unplayable for more than two weeks on PC EU now). Not everyone lives on the forums 24/7 like you and will waste their time looking for ZoS posts that simply state "we are aware". The game is not working, the players have every right to be angry and make threads about it and you have no right to chastise them for it. Maybe be part of the playerbase rather than another ZoS apologist.

I worked in software development I am fully aware how much trouble can go into fixing a bug. Thing is when the company I worked at shipped a faulty update they would take responsibility by either fixing the issue in a timely manner with proper communication or roll back the update. Two plus weeks and no fix was absolutely unthinkable. That's how companies in the actual business world conduct themselves, because they can't afford to burn their customers. The gaming industry on the other hand does it left and right and you still find a ton of people defending them for it while they happily pay their money. Like I said I cancelled my eso+ and most likely won't be buying Greymoor. The only reason I still log in is to not let my raidteams down.

Bite the fing bullet and just do a total rollback

They can’t solve this they just have to hit undo on it

Anyway, this maintenances helps very rare. I remember, how one of the previous optimizations (which did really works) just disappear after "hot fix". Which is odd.
