Has the Nightblade class Represenitive failed our class and should he be replaced with someone else?

The stam nightblade was fine the way it was pre elsweyr. All it needed was a cloak penalty lel. But hey what do I know Im just a stam nb main for almost 4 years. What hurt the most is the removal of a stun, the burst requires a rotation and the three cc's available are not good enough. Fear, cloak stun, roll dodge offbalance are very methodical to time perfectly with a burst combo. Meanwhile all other classes have pressure from dots, knockback, a window follow up burst combo such as power of the light and curse. The nb has none of that, its just burst and hope the person doesnt cc break.

The class reps have 0 power and ZOS doesn't listen to them. It doesn't matter who the rep is

XD stealth burst needs a nerf? ARE YOU KIDDING?! Magblade cannot gank ANYTHING really in this meta unless you are in all divines and have no resistances what so ever. Even stacked into stealth with stygian and, slimecraw and new moons you STILL cant stealth attack properly anymore. Its downright ridiculous at this point.

Yes. He or she has completely failed nightblades.
He or she should come on this thread and explain how nb got so bad and what he or she is doing about it.

I once hoped it would amount to something but at this point I can only believe that the class rep program is a sham.
The class rep program is nothing but a waste of time and should be done away with if it hasnt been already.

The reasons I think that now is by what we have seen thus far

1. The Devs only want feed back on whatever topic of the day is and nothing else.
2. Almost everything talked about by the reps with regard to NB was about the magicka morph and almost nothing about stam because all the reps seem to play was magblade and no stamblades at all.
3. They listen to whiners on the forums that cry for nerfs because they got killed by a big, bad, scary NB in Cyrodiil and have no idea what they are talking about most of the time.
4. They dont listen to experienced players that have been playing the game and their class for years.
5. In the end they mostly seem to ignore any feedback and do whatever they wanted to do anyway regardless
6. Typically an "adjustment" means a nerf with a sledgehammer into oblivion where a small tweek is needed.
7. They then take the things removed from one class and give them to all the other classes, especially a new class they are trying to sell.
