He was yellow, I was red, near a yellow keep that was not under attack. Frame rate: fine, around 70 on my old machine. Skill lag: insane.
This is not normal! ZOS, ostensibly you changed block, because it was causing a lot of server messages. I took this to mean the refactoring of that code was the beginning of performance fixes. At this stage I'm just flabbergasted. How could you get it so wrong? At this hour of the day and with this low activity, how could there be this much lag?
