Findings on Cyrodiil delay

Right now on PC NA Cyrodiil has extreme delay on all abilities and just about any action under the sun like mounting a horse. This is not a new problem, this is a resurfaced old problem and it involves the crown store. During my digging of old patch info for my last post I found this issue from almost 5 years ago. Here is how you get your character to break free, mount a horse, and open doors.
While in Cyrodiil go to the crown store, and then click on wardrobe to bring up the costumes page and you're all set, the next time you character gets stuck double tap the comma button on your keyboard. This will take you to the crown store where you opened last (the costume page) and you character will finish the animation. If you want a video tutorial you can find one by going to Fengrush's YouTube channel and going to a video posted on August 25, 2015 called Stam Sorc Emp - Fighting AD group; getting stuck and skip to 3:45
Zos needs to disable the crown store in Cyrodiil if its causing issues in pvp, its the same reason we don't have bankers or pets in pvp. The Fact that this is an ongoing issue for 5 years and its linked to the crown store makes me a little upset because not once have they tried disabling it to see if it would fix the problem. I understand Zos needs to monetize but there's a way that they can do that and we get performance.
solution- Disable the crown store in Cyrodiil and remove offline players from the zone. Zos still gets people to see their ads when they login and pvpers get their performance. Cyrodiil performance should take priority at this point, its not a zone for people to park their toons at and do their writs or preview all the crownstore costumes while idling in a keep.
