Blackreach - Cyrodiil Standard Campaign Faction Change

Hello!

Can I change somehow temporarily my alliance / faction for the Cyrodiil Standard Campaign named "Black reach"?

All I want is to farm the missing skyshards. :P

If that is the new unlocked campaign you can take other toons there, but your alliance choice for each toon is permanent.

Those 4 skyshards near other alliances bases don't count towards the achievement. I'm not sure you can get them.

Is there no easier way just to do all delves instead of ending up in a pvp fight and then being sent back dead to my home base after hours of walking?

The maps have a routine usually. I've found that in the morning before 06:00, 90% of the map will be 1 alliance. If it's yours, fetching the skyshards is easy. Sometimes there is an early push around 08:00 another faction that may or may not make the Emperor ring. By 10:00 the other factions wake up and skirmishes begin. Usually by 21:00 one faction begins to dominate again. Just check your map every hour or so on a weekend to see what's happening, or pop into the other 2 campaigns where you might be on the winning side. It doesn't matter which campaigns skyshards are collected in.

The alliance you picked for your character at chargen is where you start at in Cyrodil, and there is not way to change that at this time.

They count, and you CAN get them.
All you need to do is tag along with a scroll capture warband, then take a quick detour right before the scroll temple...
And if it doesn't work in one campaign, you can do it in a different one where -your- alliance owns the map. Being in a PvP guild would help. So does a bit of research as to when the master-PvPlayers of your faction are on and flipping the map to your color (often this changed depending on login times after all)

No.
The dwelves are one thing, the mountain another, and the skyshards near the enemy scrolls are placed there explicitly to lead people into PvP-temptation to complete the set.
Yesh, it is not that easy, you need to rely on the flow of the front and find an allaince where your side is dominant... but with a bit of patience and persistance (or a lot of friends) it can be done easily enough. And if you do it in a campaign where your allaince owns the map, the next captured keep is not hours of walking away, but just a quick dash...
