Harrowstorm Total Disappointment Massive Crash Stamina Regen 0 Bug

The patch that "supposed" to "increase" peformance seems total fail.
I never got smooth experience in cyrodiil after this patch released even in unpopulated campaign.
- Massive crash with other players, it even happening 5 mins after log in into the game.
- Fake ping / worse gameplay experience than last patch even though i get lower ping, Massive BS.
- STAMINA REGEN 0 BUG, Im so pissed right, it is practically make this game unplayable, IT IS NOT VISUAL BUG, it affect gameplay, imagine getting this and you dont know it happen so you lose some stam regen tick and in the end make you lose stamina entirely, and get stam locked.
What a shame.
