Ryzen 7 2700x performance?

Hey guys,
I was just looking to get a rough estimate of how a Ryzen 2700x would perform alongside a 1060 6gb and 16gb 3000mhz RAM at 1920x1200 resolution.
I currently have an i5 4690 stock and 16gb of 1600mhz ram and get 60fps in things like delves and dungeons and most outdoor content (sometimes dipping into the 50s), but I usually tank into the 30s or 40s in cities around other players (this is with all settings max).
Just wondering if this upgrade would keep me above 60 in the majority of content?
