Here I think you see it as I do ZOS offers us a diverse discussion forum ok it's cool and nice, but wouldn't it be nicer to have a more human communication with the team than to have people who give more the impression of being a robot who talks to us than a human being who answers us?
I think it would avoid too many stormy topics and sometimes hatred towards you the devs and modo often put to the test by the community, but caused by the devs.
I'm not asking for the devs to have answers to every topic but at least to show that they are there and listening to us, because the only impression it gives, apart from talking between players, is the only impression it gives besides often talking to a wall...
And another small point, sometimes we have explanations badly explained or can complete to the point sometimes to be blurred it would not be a luxury to be clearer for a better understanding.
