Break free is off the cliffs. Seems like character has to go through all animations of CCs applied before being able to break free, causing it to get rekt without being able to provide any reaction. This is not a lag issue, this is not an old issue neither. Just popped up after U25.
It is a quite serious issue. If anyone wants to check it out, just do a few battlegrounds and face multiple enemies at once. That's the best description i can make.

Gatdangmayne✭✭✭✭Just a suggestion, watch your stam bar when break free fails.
Since the last small patch on ps4 ive seen multiple times where break free fails but it depletes your stam as if you actually broke free...pretty awesome to "break free" multiple times, then be out of stam and die cause you're still cc'd
