NA - PC - Bugs with Curse Eater and Stone Giant while in Cyrodiil

1: My group's been testing Curse Eater for a bit now and it procs on the caster and one other person only. It does not appear to proc on anyone else even though they've received the direct heals that should have set it off.
2: Dragonknight's Stone Giant is not working as intended. It is casting the ground affect multiple times in a row and not letting us cast the ranged attack. We've tried this with four different DKs. Also, based on printscreens before and after the patch, Stone Giant's tool-tip now does more than 1k less damage than pre-patch.
