Anniversary "dark brotherhoods", The Erstwhile Sanctuary (housing) for 2020 ?

Hello, here I am asking if we will be entitled to The Erstwhile Sanctuary (housing) as well as the Sithis furniture, of course, for this year?
I've seen them over the past 2 years, but, unless I'm mistaken, it wasn't there for 2019 and now I'll be really pissed if it's not there yet, I'm really sorry I didn't take it earlier and now I've been waiting months and months to see it available again for March like it was before...

This idea of limited residence is really infamous !!!

I'm just going to agree here to draw attention to this thread. I also have been waiting on this home. I don't care for the limited time thing. Sell it for crowns but keep it in the store all the time. ZOS would make more money doing it that way for all the crown store items, I think.

It was definitely available in 2019. I bought it. Around March-April. Subbed for a year so I could afford it. And my sub runs out in about 2 weeks. I think it has everything to do witht he "dark brotherhood event" which, if I'm not mistaken, rolls around right around the time of the anniversary of TDBH DLC anniversary

Simple fact is, the quality of "scarcity" ups somethings value, even if it's "artificial scarcity."

They likely get more sales on big ticket items of limited availability, than they do on houses/decor that are available all year round. Because it entices people, like yourself, like myself, so much to the point that you sit around and anxiously await it. If you knew it was available any old time you'd feel less compelled to buy it on impulse when it's made available.

That I can imagine, but for those who can finally buy at such and such a time and not before it really sucks and even more when it's supposed to be a birthday, there fans of the black brotherhood clearly forgotten by the devs as well as the class by the way ...

it's a double-edged business idea let's imagine, that the house or the self was available, x customers couldn't buy it for financial reasons, but could have bought it the month before or the month after, there again, we can talk about loss, I would rather make the houses available for purchase all the time, at least for the subscribed players, it might be more interesting if we have to talk about marketing, anyway the subscription will be sought by all players wishing to invest fully on TESO and the double sale as a bonus.

I can't personally vouch for this but have read other players claiming to have successfully purchased no longer available limited time crown store homes by contacting CS. The downside is they don't come with even the standard furnishings. But if you really want that particular home and don't want to wait an unknowable amount of time until it comes again...

The problem, at least for myself, was that last year only the March event returned the Erstwhile Sanctuary to the Crown Store. I missed it and thought, during the second event not realizing I had missed the offering in March, that it was *not* available.

So, here's a simple fix:
ZOS could offer the Erstwhile Sanctuary either next week or in May. Then you could have one event; or even no event and just relist the it at those times of the year.

As with the original poster I too missed The Erstwhile Sanctuary and would like to purchase it finally.

Same here. I completely missed the home until I noticed it had been offered in 2018 and early 2019 during the March event not the second TG/DB event in May or June.

I am not spending nor purchasing a single crown or other services from ZOS until it returns. Currently playing other games so I can wait. But I'd rather not. I'd rather purchase The Erstwhile Sanctuary and return to ESO. But, if not, oh well. There are plenty of other games to choose from these days and more arriving in 2020.

Looks like I am not the only one that feels this way about the limited offering of homes.
Seems like Zos likes to loose money or maybe they just hope that everyone spends crowns on other items.

Would be nice if they read these forums.

I noticed it wasn't available during the Black Friday sale this year (that's when I got mine). This is unfortunate for those who wanted to buy the house. It is a cool one (still my favorite).
