Don't try to PvP raid in Cyro until they patch

I'm just trying to let people know not to try to run or participate in a PvP raid group in Cyrodiil until they get the disconnecting issue addressed. You will just be frustrated and angry if you try. You're going to be better off to PvE or do something else until they can get this issue worked on. I'm at virtually 100% disconnects when trying to port from wayshrine next to bounty boards. ....most of the other disconnects are when porting to a keep or running up to it. What ever is happening is severe enough that group PvP is not an option at this time. If you are a raid lead maybe consider taking your raid to the new dungeons for the skill point or something, but you are not going to be happy at all if you try to run your raid in Cyrodiil.

I am giving the game until the actual Dark Heart of Skyrim drops to come back, I will keep up to date on the community sentiment in Cyrodil(since it is the only mode I care about with passion) and see if I come back to the game full time or not.

hmmm.. I'm thinking the OP is a player from EP schooling us on some kind of "don't play tactic".

I was in Gray Host last night EP poplocked, DC 2 bars, AD 1 Bar. I don't think the entire EP faction at Ray seemed to have any issues.

But all the BG "solo" players answer to group play in BG said go to cyrodil........ Right....... Mmmmmmkkkkkkaaaaayyyyyy....... So tell me how you get to enjoy pvp if you disconnect like this again? Logic........

Nope, sorry. PVP is what is keeping me on this game, especially in the light of the poor performance, especially following this last update. It is my social outlet.

I suspect with all of the bug reports from the CTDs that they know. Given that they've already commented on it and are troubleshooting the problem, I doubt that tech support would be able to offer much assistance.

Your bias towards EP is clouding your vision of what the game seems to be actually running like(I am a DC only player btw). From all of the Discords I am in and across this forum, the performance of this update in Cyrodil is poor and it is not just one person or a few select people, it is effecting everyone.

Funny I only play EP and went back to ff14 because of the crashes..EP crashes more than DC, as you stated they had 2x the numbers

I've seen far worse updates than what I experienced last night. I didn't see any indication it was time to hold the white flag up and say I give up.

Maybe there is a memory leak, the longer you play the worse it gets. I don't have a clue but I see what players are saying and I'm telling you right now I didn't crash at all in the 2 hours I was on last night.

I thought the Memory Leak was taken care of a few patches ago but maybe it is still around? And to your second point, it seems like there are more people crashing than having your experience, but there are definitely people that are having your experience because there are a few posts about much improved performance for some(not all). I am confused as to why some would see a ton better performance and others would see performance degradation to the extent it is right now, very troubling.

I crashed 5 or 6 times while in Gray host last night. The two most common crash triggers for me were riding toward a contested keep and death-port.

One crash went to desktop, the rest went to the report window.
