After two days of trying to install/upgrade/reinstall/reupgrade I gave up, uninstalled and cancelled ESO Plus subscription.
It was a nice journey for more than two years, had a pleasure playing but enough is enough.
All the best and hope in some years you'd finally fix some annoying bugs.
