Event tickets

What happens if you dont loot your tickets on time, can they drop again or are they lost forever that day?
this happend to me today i killed mob and when i went to loot him game crashed, and my 3 daily tickets are gone, i tried to get another drop but for 1h of farming nothing...

From my experience if game crashes you loose it...had game crash on last boss Frostvault when he was nearly dead. Logged back in it “counted” as complete but no loot.

As far as I've ever heard-- gone forever. Submit a ticket describing what happened and you might get them from support.

Ticket Time, plan on doing that for all 3 of my accounts if this game does not download in time.

Good luck with that this time around. Everyone I've heard from who didn't get tickets no matter how long they farmed (probably because they missed looting a single corpse somewhere) was told that ticket drops are rng and they should just try for longer. No amount of arguing have seemed to have gotten anyone anywhere.
If there are indeed people out there whom CS have given tickets that they missed on a day I'd love to hear it, because so far I've only heard the opposite.

thank you i will try that, but as far as ive seen this event has such low drop rate on overything its like they are forcing us to buy tickets from crown store

I crashed before I could loot tickets from a dragon kill during the Dragonhold Event - and after responding to the initial automated ticket response - they credited my account. Good luck!

I have not been able to finish reloading my game today. I started in the morning and it's night and I am only at 16% dowload. i dont even think it will be ready to play tomorrow so i missed todays tickets and possibly tomorrow's also 😭😣

@ZOS_GinaBruno can you please compensate us for the tickets we missed out on. Please I'm always ocd about collecting every ticket i can get by making sure I participate in every event and it seems unfair to miss out due to no fault of my own.

Handy for Customer Service now that there are no guaranteed drops. They can just pass it off as bad RNG?

i dont understand why did they scheduled event during this update, or update during the event... its like they want to continue tradition of bugged events
and this RNG event drops suck real bad

I think that just like they did with a patch during the Undaunted event they wanted to stress test U25 during an event. IMO, they purposely scheduled both this Event and U25 to occur together. Just my guess.

I would be more okay with it if they were upfront about it, IF that is what they intended.
But they don't say anything, so we're left to imagine the most plausible explanation based on their recent scorecard.

It's possible they also set the event this way to encourage people to actually download

Another explanation is they're trying to get people to actually play the zone and not min/max it

But honestly cash grab seems the most plausible

Its definitely not the second one. If that were their goal, they should have tied the Event Tickets to doing one or more of the dailies.

The best case scenario I can think of is that they wanted to give players the freedom to do anything in Murkmire, even just kill a few random mobs, to get their tickets...and managed to do so in the worst fashion possible.

People are saying "you should have looted!" while ignoring the issue that it could be an instance where AoE kills a single frog somewhere, and you miss it because you literally don't even see it. Then it's bye-bye tickets for that day, if you hadn't gotten them yet.
This hasn't happened to me yet, but ZOS REALLY needs to re-think how they're doing the tickets this event.
