Cyrillic is broken after the update

So now, if one doesn't use russian layout and probably system fonts, some of the symbols in guild chat, those specific to russian cyrillic and ALL of them in zone chat are shown as squares. Even some of common symbols in Bulgarian and Russian aren't seen, for example "ь" and "ш". Before the update it was okay, I was able to read everything. So basically, now I simply cannot benefit of your "extension of use", ZOS. Of course, changing my system language settings is out of question. Unicode is core part of Windows like since Windows NT 3.51, 1993, IIRC, and you still unable to utilize it. I don't know for other systems, but I believe it is there as well.

Same issue. I can't read Russian anymore. All letters after the update look like this:

I tried completely uninstalling the game + deleting all game folders and reinstalling it again from scratch. Problem persists since the same patch. Please fix.

Update: Installed all optional language packages in Windows. Added Russian to my keyboard languages. Letters still look like square boxes. Most people don't have that problem, only some.

In all other games, I can see Cyrillic letters without a problem. Same case was in ESO until the last update.

My iPhone auto corrected Cyrodiil as Cyrillic and I thought they same thing lol

Solution is proper Unicode and font support. But that seems to be beyond ZOS' concern or ability.
