Error 326 Character is currently locked

Good day. I founded the ticket under number 220224-000558. The ticket is still written waiting on agent. Can someone please look at this?

Did you get the automated email? Did you respond to it? When does this error occur -- upon character selection I assume?

I have same problem also send ticket how much time does it take to fix it?
and my ticket number is 200416-003180
