Werewolf Quest Feeding Bug

Can we please get the feeding bug fixed in the werewolf quest?
Issue always occurs on the quest step where you have killed the tribute and need to feed with your pack. You are unable to feed. Sometimes the quest advances on its own, sometimes you have to move away or relog, sometimes you have to abandon the quest and start again (good luck finding the correct npc's for that quest to restart, it isn't documented anywhere). On rare occasions, as has just happened to a guild member, the quest gets stuck here even if you abandon.
This has effected myself and several guild members. Some have given up on werewolf altogether due to this bug, and as many new players try werewolf early on it's not giving a good first impression of the game.
