Why are some skills easy to level up and some aren’t?

InRetrospect
I’m sure this has been discussed before, and I’m not gonna go with the generalized blacksmithing being easier than say destruction staff. I’m more or less talking about jewelry taking forever to level up, and vampire, for example, whereas literally everything else is at least not difficult. I can farm materials for jewelry but it still takes ridiculously longer than basically everything else. I didn’t start my other characters besides my main, maybe my second, until after Summerset and yet I still haven’t gotten past copper jewelry which isn’t until like skill level 14 or 16? I think my highest is like level 18? And these are characters that I’ve gotten to level 50, and beat all 5 alliance zones. Deconstructed countless jewelry including purple and blue galore. Vampire skills took way too long for that to be worth anything especially considering there’s barely anything to do with it. Come on zeni, this can’t be the best you can do for the vampire. Werewolf is way too cool for its counterpart to not be. It’s also making your upcoming chapter seem underwhelming. I got excited at first but then I’m like “oh yeah the vampire class leaves much to be desired”. Be a perfect time to fix it you guys. Tell me I’m not alone here in these thoughts.

Oh and last but not least the trait materials are way too rare for jewelry and why is it that all the rng jewelry is only 3 traits? I understand that it’s because they’re for “special” things you have to do but that’s too rare/grindy. At least make it like “this trait can randomly drop on any wb” rather than specific ones
