ESO Servers Shutdown for Maintenance. Servers are even worse

Please just fix this game. Friday is going to make it or break it for me. So tired of random lag spikes in the game.

Servers are pretty bad when they’re down for maintenance, nothing works at all.
But I think that’s the case for any server tbf.

The servers have gotten worse because the new improvement update coming up. Think about it. Once the new update, you'll see improvement on the server to the level of a few months back (same lag as before) but you would think that the new update improved performance. Make it worse now and players would feel happy to have the same s**t performance as before. Everyone is happy - perceptions is everything!

There will be the redownload soon and then we will see how the performance is. Complaining now is not going anywhere anyway at this point.

The servers are a nightmare and have been for years, worse than ever this past year.

This coming update will make or break it for a lot of players. I’m waiting to hear how it pans out before I even attempt to do this massive download.

I honestly have not had any issues with lag since I returned to playing 2 weeks ago. My ping is always below 100. I guess its with specific ISPs? Though, I am still only doing PvE content, and BG's.

PvE, I'm having the odd lag spike, but nothing too terrible. Every single person in my 2 pvp guilds are saying this is the worst they've ever seen it.

I, on satellite, should be having major issues, right? I'm not. I'm not in game now (I don't play after 4 pm US MT), but when I was last on I was on PC/EU - which is pretty much EU prime time. I wasn't having any problems at all. I never have problems.... on either PC mega server.

Disclaimer: I don't do group content or pvp. YMMV.
