Guild Page/Officer Changes Help

I'm having some real difficulty and have been sending in tickets for about 6 months about the lack of a "save" button when I try to make changes in the rank privs on the guild page in game. I have sent tickets in regularly and still no help. I deleted all my addons, thinking that they perhaps were interfering with the ingame stuff, but to no avail. Are any other GMs having this issue as well when they try to change the privs in your guild? Please give feedback.
