Settings not saving?

So every time so far during this PTS cycle, every time I launch the game my settings reset back to default.
It does not seem to be an issue with my firewall or antivirus because they usually show whenever a program is not allowed to change settings, it also is not an issue where my settings documents are read only.
Anyone have any idea what else could be causing the issue? Would be very annoying if it carries over to live as well because of addon settings.

Maybe every 2nd or 3rd day just to test something.

Did this resolve?

There was a patch years back that it was a problem on ZOS end that they were overwriting the UserSettings.txt every time the game was patched.

Your user settings will no longer be reset to default after a new patch is released.

Will check later, would be real annoying if it somehow returned...
