How to play stam dps with SnB?

Hi all!
From what ive tested so far , i really like the bow/2h playstyle for PVP. Kristofer ESOs "ghost" build, stam templar with 3 times swift and mist build is what ive had the best results with so far in PVP. Its super fast and mobile and i really enjoy that playstyle. However, i leveled a new stam templar, thats not gonna go vamp and i wanted to make him more tanky by using 2h/SnB. I am however struggling with the transition. Im using fury backbar, and that means i basically have to get hit a lot to get the stacks up.
Could someone please explain to me the basics of that kind of playstyle, what kind of burts you do and just the general flow in PVP? I only do BGs. Am i supposed to charge in, wait til my stacks are full THEN go offencive? Im used to "hit and run" type of playstyle and im getting totally demolished on my new 2h/SnB stam templar. Help would be appriciated
