Bring back 1-piece bonus' for old vet arena weapons

Back when Murkmire released and the perfect and imperfect brp weapons were introduced, there was a developer comment acknowledging that the old veteran maelstrom and veteran dragonstar arena weapons were proportionally weaker now that the veteran brp weapons had an additional 1-piece bonus. My question is, what's the hold up? This shouldn't be a hard change, give us back perfected 1-piece bonus for veteran dsa weapons, and potentially add 1 pieces to maelstrom weapons!

That would probably mean that regular maelstrom/master weapons would drop on normal and the new perfected ones would be in get.

I am not oppose to the idea. It would make the game more consistent. But I am going to go dirt poor again just to transmute and gold out more sets of weapons
