[Tech tip] Lags and disconnects

I was playing recently using different network than usual and experienced lags and disconnects some of you are experiencing. What I found as a root cause was a WiFi router unable to properly share the uplink traffic. Whenever other device ( in my case was a mobile phone starting cloud backup of content to cloud automatically when charging) started uploads of data, it caused ESO on my laptop to lag and disconnects in the worst case. The router was a mid range type operators provide to the customers. Wanted to share this as it may help others troubleshooting their problem.

I turn off my WiFi when I play, but it is worth taking note about.

Many (cheap)routers have very bad or no form of QoS or traffic shaping.
If you feel technically inclined google your routers admin settings and see if QoS or any form of media traffic shaping is enabled. Don't screw with this unless you are 100% confident with it though.
