I might do some testing but i would suggest as long as on your dw frontbar you are maintaining trap, soul splitting/consuming trap and light weaving surprise attack you will be ok. Youll also have killers blade and focus for your bow procs.
Now on the backbar your going to have issues with proccing your backbar weapon enchant. Maybe you could try dw/dw and rending slashes and deadly cloak to replace hail/barrage and posion injection on your backbar and then move your weapon damage enchant to your front bar with a posion damage or absorb enchant and apply poisons to your backbar dual wield?
Are you locked into tgose sets for any reason?
Ditch that dragonguard. its not a dps set really. Maybe try briarheart or new moon acolyte. Both will net you more damage. Briarheart also getting a damage buff next update from memory. You can get free daggers (powered trait youll have to transmute) on as many toons as you have by doing a quest in wrothgar that takes like 3 minutes.

This got me to 74kdps on a Bosmer. Take a look through the summary, you could use surprise attack as the spammable instead if you want, or replace or leave out some dots.
Start with a 10 skill rotation like this:
3 dots / Incapacitating Strike / Assassin's Scourge / 4 spammables / Assassin's Scourge
Then while Incapacitating Strike is on cool down:
3 dots / barbed trap / Assassin's Scourge / 4 spammables / Assassin's Scourge
Perhaps go slowly, weave in all the light attacks, then when you feel familiar with the rotation speed it up gradually
