Ideas for a new Nightblade kit.

To begin with, I would like to see Surprise Attack and Incap renerfed. Also it would be nice to have the Major Brutality on Drain power and morpsh upon cast and not if it hits an enemy.
If this is not going to happen what about something like this. I mention stamina variants but lets assume magical would work similar way. The numbers are not important, replace with low - medium - large if you like.
Feint
cost cca 1500 stamina, damage, cca 3000 physical, 10% chance to apply 10% slow, applies one stack of Off Guard on a target.
Off Guard reduces physical resistance by 8% of target's maximum physical or magical resitance for 5 seconds, and stacks 5 times. When reapplied 6th time it no longer stacks but the timer is reset and the duration is doubled.
Riposte
Cost cca 3000 stamina. Chance to parry (completely negate) incoming melee attack, 50% + 5% per Of Guard on the attacking enemy. If successfully parried, slash back for 4000 physical damage and target gets Off Ballance.
Fleche
Cost cca 3000 stamina. Throw yourself at an enemy up to 12 m away from you. If you hit, you stun the target for 2 seconds and do 6000 physical damage. 10% chance to cause bleeding DOT. If you miss, you get Off Balance.
Volta
Cost cca 2000 stamina. Sidestep incoming attack, with 40% + 6% chance per stack of Off Guard on target. You get 100% stamina and magicka regen for 2 seconds, Major Expedition for 2 seconds, and Major Evasion for 2%. You also get 20% damage bonus on next light attack.
Coup de grace
Cost cca 7000 stamina, if target dies, you get 80% refund. Do 4000 damage per Off Guard stack plus 5% for every negative effect on target. Can be also an Ultimate.
If you think this is not good, come with some better idea. But we need something since NB is pretty much broken and nothing is done about it.
