I think the damage on Ice Heart needs to be reworked.
As it will likely stand -
5k Shield, 6s Cool Down, 500 Damage very 1s the Shield holds.
5k Shield is more likely to be up for 1 or maybe 2 hits, making the damage of Ice Heart redundant.
I’d like to see the damage change to a balanced higher damage blast that’s has a 20% (or higher) chance to cause Chill status effect.
