How do I read these books in the Scroll Temple in cyrodiil?

I cant interact with it, and it is placed UNDER the table? It's as if the book spawned into the world before the table, and thus fell to the ground, then the table spawned blocking interaction with the book?

I tried reloadui, and restarting game, but it's the same. Any tips on getting the book?

Unfortunately we have this issue a number of times, mostly in Cyro, where items are not where they're intended. I reported this a long time ago in the bugs section and it's never been fixed, gl

thanks for mentioning this. Maybe I will try with different graphics settings, or maybe even another computer?

@Jayman1000 Run away from the temple for a bit, then run back. Might have to do it a few times, but eventually it will be where it's supposed to be and not under. Relogging can help sometimes, but not usually necessary. Very irritating but it works.

Some of these books have been bugged for years. The only version of one of the books is in the Chim or Ghartok scroll temple for me, but has been inaccessible on my AD main since I tried getting it.

You can try to send a ticket, not sure if that will work.

This seems to be happening a lot recently. Yesterday I was doing a delve in Craglorn (something market) and noticed a lot of guar standing on top of a cage, then a spider, then a bear, both on top of cages. I couldn't target any of them and the spider and bear didn't attack...eventually I realised they were supposed to be inside the cage but had appeared in the wrong location.

Even stranger later the same night I used the dual wield skill where you throw a dagger then shadowstep to the enemy it hit and ended up standing on their head! It was convenient because the guy seemed unable to hit me but I could use AoE skills to hit him, but I'm sure it wasn't intended.

This bug affects a number of books in Cyrodiil - mostly those placed on any kind of table/bench or similar structure.

The only "fix" which ever worked for me was to log out and then log right back in on the same character.
Visiting a nearby delve might also help, but I never tried that as a fix to this bug.
