Immobilise and snares need a cooldown

As the game continues to get continuously more zergy, the number of snares continue to be a problem for small scale players and its like every man and their dog runs a range snare, or every zerg has a dedicated snare spamming sorc and I cant seem to use shuffle enough. Remove snare immunity and add a cooldown for immobilises and snares like CCS and help empower small scalers and solos again. PvE would benefit too, there is nothing more annoying than the snares around when trying to grind.

    no half the time they dont work and some builds are inmortal if you dont use snares

    There are more unblockable and undodgable CCs now more than ever before, most players just choose not to use them.

    I really hate snares and immobilize, but I think my biggest issue is just how buggy they are, like most things in this game.

    Many times snares ignore your immunity, or your immunity doesn't remove the snare. This seems to happen more when your outnumbered or in a big fight. But it's a really big problem since you just die if you can't move.

    This, the game is incredibly fun to play when I'm rooted, snared, feared, slowed, stunned, etc. It makes for such fluid, fun combat.

    PS CC is broken and some folk build specifically to exploit chain CCs, so that's even more fun.
