What to get with last 10 Tickets? Details inside!

Once midnight hits, I'll have 10 event tickets. However I'm unsure of what to get. Because of my choices, I didn't get the Illuminous Indrik during its original run, but got the berries last event (all four). I have 1 Nascent mount, however I do want the Spectral Indrik. During this event I got 1 feather and 2 Spectral berries. I'm unsure how future events are going to be, but I definitely want to try to get 3 more feathers, so I can get both the Spectral and Illuminous. And maybe even have one extra Nascent just to have the complete set of Indriks!

The thing is I'm also a sucker for motifs. Outfit designing is very fun to me. I also like to have complete motif sets. Which means I rather have the complete Legion Zero set (minus helmet, Idc for helmets since I never use them, I like my character's face), rather than just 2 or 3 pieces. Even though I'm PvE, I ventured into PvP zones to farm for the motif pagesto get them, only I found out the motif pages have extremely low chances of dropping. I spent an entire night to get only 2 motif pages with lots of deaths and anxiety on my part. Plus my internet went down for the entire weekend (thanks Centurylink, I'm now switching to Spectrum >.<) and I don't have time to go farming again.

But tonight, after midnight, I'll have 10 tickets. Which means I have options. Like buying 2 motifs from the event vendor then buying 5 more tickets, thus getting the whole set minus the helmet. But then I can't get the feather (I can't afford to buy more than 5 tickets). If I get the feather I can sell both motifs and get about 200k total gold to use on some things I want (finish decorating my house for one). I could learn those two motifs, but it would bug the heck out of me to only have 2 pieces of the set.

I have no idea what future events will be like, if I'll have the opportunity to get the motifs again next Midyear Mayhem, if there'll be enough tickets to get more feathers and the Spectral Indrik pet, etc. So I have a dilemma and I don't know what I should do. I'll be about the same happy wise with either decision. Help me out, please? Thanks!

Get the Feather, sells the motifs!

I voted for get the feather and sell the motifs, but actually my suggestion would be to buy the motifs you're missing from other players. I have no idea what your gold situation is and if that's reasonable for you, but my thinking is that since you want both and there's another way to get the motifs it makes sense to prioritise the feathers and berries (which only come from event tickets) and then go for the motif later on.

I should have added my gold situation! If I buy the motifcs from vendors, it'll end up being close to 400k, which takes almost half of my gold, so I rather not buy them. Annnd I just realized I need 4 motif pages, not three to get the fullish set. Do'uh!

Get the feather, learn the 2 motifs you have, and let the incomplete set bug you, you can finish next time...probably.

I'd say get the feather and learn 2 motifs even if it means you have an incomplete set, because you've already gone through the trouble of getting the berries, and there's plenty of outift styles around (well, the same can be said of mounts, but at least if you have gold you can buy the pages from the traders). Ultimately it's up to which of the two you will get more enjoyment and use out of, the mounts or the complete outfit

I’ve done the PVP event every day (despite not being a PVP’er) but I spent no tickets and stopped paying any attention to all the extras that came in and didn’t register since I was already maxed out. I’m sick of indriks and I didn’t like the motifs.

I’ll be participating in fewer events in 2020 if they don’t come up with some more appealing stuff to spend those tickets on. The indrik thing got old fast — can’t believe they’re still pushing a single re-skinned mount for yet another year!

Meow is winning, so I take it as everyone being as indecisive as I am. I feel you!

But second place is feather and learning the motifs I have and being bugged for only having two. I'm starting to see the appeal of it. Won't make my decision until after midnight!

The motif is nice looking but the metal parts don't dye very well. They're really washed out. The boots are nice. You could get part of the motif, like the chest, pants, shoulders, and/or boots, and not worry about the rest. The belt barely shows and you don't care about the helm. And there are plenty of alternatives to gloves that work just fine. If you're really short on tickets, just the chest and shoulders would be ok. I guess it depends if you really have to have the complete set.

Save for the next event (Murkmire in Feb I believe) and get an Indrik berry right away when it starts. If you're having trouble deciding now maybe it's because you don't really want anything else so save it for the next event when they have more pets and stuff.

Saving it is a good idea, but each event lets you get enough tickets for berries and at least one feather. This event gave you almost enough for two feathers and two berries, so I think they'll keep with that pattern.

Okay, it's after midnight for me so I'm going with your guys suggestion of getting the feather, learning the motifs, and hope it won't bug me too much. I might go ahead and buy some crowns to learn a few more pieces like @Loulong was saying. IDK if I'll get the chest, or go with getting arms, since I like matching shoulders with arms a lot...but then arms...well, I like to show arms if possible so I go with ancient elf gloves or Imperial wraps...hmmm.
