Southern Elsweyr WB Disappearing Bug

PS 4 North America Server. Not sure if this is intended or not but very annoying. Both WB's just disappear and you have to wait quite a while for them to reappear. This has happened often to me. Just waiting at training ground to get enough people to group to kill the WB boss while Boss is up, then boss and his minions just poof and are gone. It really sucks especially when you are in zone chat working with people who are OTW there only to have them arrive and boss is gone. This happens often with both bosses. Last night on the other boss which I can solo I popped into the cave and there he was, instead of just engaging him I decided to quickly grab the three ground objects only to watch him fade away. I timed it and it was 7 minutes before he came back.

Anyone else experiencing this? I can't imagine it's intentional.
