Can't play for more than 10 minutes straight on [EU].

Trying to play in PC[EU].
YESTERDAY:
In Cyro, for at least 1 hour, every time i got to chalman, everything would just freeze and I would be the only one moving. "An error has occurred. Please wait a few minutes and log in again".
I kept trying and it kept happening. Sometimes in different spots but mostly at chalman.
At another keep. I saw the main gate opened and got inside. when I looked back to see why the people who were with me were not entering the keep, I saw them placing a ram on a non-existant door... I asked in chat if there was a door.. apparently there was. but somehow the main gate was destroyed on my end and basically I just went through a closed main gate (lol?). later in the inner main gate, they place the ram again.. this time was the opposite, the door was there for me and I saw everyone getting inside but I couldn't because the door was not destroyed on my end.
after about 2 hours of constant disconnects and "wtf" moments, I finally managed to be able to play through the rest of the day.

TODAY:
Took me 1 hour to just be able to create a new character (my 16th) because I was constantly getting disconnected even in character creation screen.
now, I'm trying to change its outfit, and it's impossible again... the game is constantly throwing me back to log in screen.

I have an excellent internet service pretty much flawless on every game, so this is clearly not a problem on my end.
Also, guess what? [NA] works flawlessly.

It's frustrating, after playing and paying literally 100's throughout the years, supporting every time, bringing new players, and not being able to play for 10 minutes straight and still having these kinds of issues.
It's frustrating knowing that this is yet an(other) [EU] server issue, and we don't even have the slightest chance of being able to switch to [NA], which I would do without even thinking twice.
It's frustrating even tho I am in Europe, I have better performance on [NA] server.

I am almost 1000 cp in [EU] and I'm lvl 13 in [NA] so starting over is not an option. I haven't done anything wrong to have to play everything again, quite the opposite.
Either fix [EU] once and for all or give us the option to switch.

As crappy as this sou is, welcome to EU server. It's the one thing I cant even come close to defending on here. I swear its who ever they hired to host the damn thing. EU and na share the same build yet only eu has issues. That means their host is crap.

I would not judge this to greatly till about 1 to 2 patches after the 25th reinstall of the game. Give Zen a chance to prove they have fixed this. And like any large change happening on the 25th, it may take a patch or two to fully flush out problems. I really hope Zen gets this fixed. I feel really bad for the EU players.

same. Kaal campaign. Upon arriving to any heavy encounter i get disconnect almost instantly. Semi fine in any other campaigns.

And yes, Character creation screen is bugged too. Any time game can throw you out to main menu for no reason. This is actually very old bug, mostly happen on PTS. Also, start button doesn't work and freez the game, character will be created though (alt+f4, then reload).

To be fair, ZOS have had many years to fix numerous issues, especially on EU, but never have, even basic stuff in game is still missing.
