I submitted a ticket last Wednesday because my main character is stuck in some ghost group which is preventing me from creating or joining a group, or queuing for a dungeon or battleground. Support suggested I try things I had already told them I tried, and now today have said they can’t do anything. (See attached).
Please help. I love this game, but support isn’t helping me at all. In fact, their total lack of support is disheartening.
