We need more instances in cyro pc eu

I have been sitting here for about an hour waiting to get into cyrodiil, and every single campaign is locked. On top of that the game has told me im already queued for sheogorath, and refuses to let me queue for it, and when I wrote customer support they told me I should expect a 15 minute lockout of dungeon queue if I quit.....

.....which had nothing to do with what my problem was.

Simple solution, one more campaign for cp and no cp, this wait time is absolutely ridiculous.
