cant login directly to some of my chars

well this happened since last long maintenance few days ago

i cant login directly to any of my main chars that i play more, so what i have to do is log into one of older ones first then logout and choose others

i tried playing on different network and pc already also without any add ons and default settings, checked integrity of game files and etc
even went to my friend's place and tried on his pc still same result

any help really appreciated because this is really annoying
