Everyone is incompetent and exploiting. A level 56 should not be in Veteran White Gold Tower😂 Even if you are level 400 - 500 but playing like 'crap' . This activity finder nonsense needs a better system.
We all got different reasons to be in there. Sometimes guildmates aren't available or dont want to run dungeons anymore.

If that isn't the case, it is mostly just trolling. Really.
Queue up. Cancel queue. Queue up. Get into dungeon - watch your team stand there and say "hi" or light attack everything. Maybe watch them simply be unable to even kill stuff or quit immediately because they see the same things you do? That someone in there is an idiot or not good enough to be there.
