someone knows this one? i'm still just getting my feet wet with stam builds... been playing magicka healers and magicka tanks for two years

I have a decent enough stamplar with zaan and new moon acolyte and sload's semblence that's effective for dungeons and other pve

trying to broaden my skill set a bit

I simply must protest. There are no Penguin avatars for me to use in the forums.

    I like Dark Elf as they seem well balanced for any build. The increase to stam and mag as well as spell and wpn dmg works well with all types of damage builds. As for tanking, having an increase in both stats allow for slight modification in stat distribution.

    Dark deal is all the sustain a stam Sorc needs.

    Played a bosmer for years, always loved it(had just read an elfquest novel before creating him) after several years(3? 4?) I changed him to imperial. Then changed him after about 6 months to magicka just so I can see what the other side lives like.

    Well some have bosmer, i could also pick one If i had planned to use sets like Hulking draugr and build for max resources OR If i wanted to build a high regen build with Willow's path etc, then bosmer is probably the best choice. But If you want something universal then Dark Elf is especially a good one. I used to play cheesesorc, then i changed my mind and made a weaponsorc no problemo! 😁

    My preference is always redgaurd
    They have amazing sustain
    Of my 6 stamina dps 4 are redgaurd 1 orc necro and 1 imperial dk

    Mine is a farming char. But I built it before they did the racial overhaul. I just never took the time to learn Stamsorc.

    racial passives are racist so play any stam sorc you like and give a middle finger to the constructed notions of racial ability and covert racist social programming you are being subjected to.

    orc gets synergy from health gain and speed

    redguard is nice for sustain since you use a lot of weapon abilities

    redguard or nord fit probably best fluff/lore wise (dervish type character or nord thor type character)

    Mine is a Bosmer and I love her. Is she meta? No. But is she the most fun? Yes! But, she is also a drunken zombie with pigtails so that may or may not have something to do with it. I take that whole thing to the next level by also being a pita and throwing fears around to mess groups up that are trying to ball up and run somewhere. Here, have a fear! Or, you sir need to HALT!

    All of the stam races are within a thousand dps of each other, Orcs are technically the top, but honestly race choice will not make or break a build.

    Mine is a dark elf, so I can respec into a magicka class if I want to swap, or stamsorc gets nerfed.
