If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say that English is not OP's first language, though I'm not sure why that needs explaining, especially given that the topic is the European server...

Anyway. I think OP is saying that logging into the game is nigh-on impossible, loading between zones takes an unusual amout of time, and that perhaps their hireling mail isn't arriving.
