Video Delay on Global Reveal Live Stream on Twitch

As I watched the Twitch live stream of the Global Reveal Event, the video was delayed about 15 seconds behind the audio. When I watch other Twitch live streams, audio and video are synchronized. Is there some reason the official ESO live streams would have the video delay?

This was one of the few eso streams I've seen in the last year where the audio and video were actually synced.2
