I guess this won't mean less texture quality or worst and less detailed graphics in general?
I suppose this won't negatively impact and all will be positive regarding graphic quality and fidelity?

It will not, it is more optimization related.

I mean, I don't think we are going Minecraft, at least not per screenshots of new Chapter at Vegas event.

they just clearing out the cupboard that is the game code, making it easier for your PC/console to search and load each asset as it called for, at the moment with all the "dead" code its like tearing out half a closet to find that 1 shoe you need, now you will have all your shoes in a neat box, this will improve frame rate, and textures will render far better.

Major improvements in how the server makes calculations, I think that's the major improvement that will lead to a better use of server resources.

And should also help to reduce load-screen if I've to guess.
