Cannot find Southern Elsweyr book "Pirates of the Abecean"

Hi I need help finding the lorebook "Pirates of the Abecean" in Southern Elsweyr. I can't find it for the life of me, and add-ons aren't showing it to me either. Does anyone know where it's located? It's the only thing I'm missing in that zone.

I know I found it recently, I remember the title of the book, but I can't freakin' remember where, or on what character.
(I kinda wanna say it was in the enemy-occupied area near Senchal? But I'm not certain.)
And the add-on I use doesn't have the books for Southern Elsweyr yet, so I can't see it on another character.

I'm gonna keep digging, though, because now it's bugging me.

You could try looking in the Malabal Tor part of Elsweyr. That book is part of the Malabal Tor set of books.

@Ode2Order Some lorebooks appear on several different locations before being picked up. The "Pirates of the Abecean" is one of them.

Really odd it shows as a Southern Elsweyr book though.
