If no Necro, what would be your go-to Stam Dps and why?

Title covers it all...in PVE, if no Necros in the world what would be the go to Stam dps for you all? Yea, its a bit of a open ended ask since everyone is different but just curious what folks would be playing. I ask because the ESOLogs seem to flooded with StamCros so what if they all went "poof"?
