Necromancer has all my favorites (not necessarily because they are good):

Blastbones...You never know what it will do.

Animate Blastbones...3x the uncertainty!

Colossus...just a good, fun, ultimate with a cool animation.

Death Scythe...wicked cool animation.

Honorable Mention: Vigor. One skill single-handedly made the stamina meta possible.

I chose these abilities for the fun I have using them, not their leet DPS or actual usefulness.

I main a warden. I really like Secluded grove, healing seed, and living vines. Northern storms pretty cool as well (I know you said non ult sorry lol).

DK-I like stonefist, petrify, and obsidian shield-Sorry can't choose just one
Templar-Reflective Light
Sorc- Mages Fury (My druid side wishes my Warden had this!)
Weapon--Uppercut. I just love the feelingwhen it connects lol. Destructive touch and impulse are runner ups for fun for me.

Templar: Ritual of Retribution (Many of the forum NBs have met me and don't know, thx for the entertainment with nerf threads love 'em)

DK: Ash Cloud (reason: top secret)

NB: Mirage (Despite the forums probably preferring other morph I ain't care about snares that much and don't play a cloaking/hiding/shielding NB even in LA)

Necro: Top secret

Sorc - Lightning Form/Hurricane eithe rmorph looks cool
Necro - Skulls
NB - Don't play one.

Shadowy Disguise with the old shadow walker set where if you stood still in cloak you healed/resourced regen'd to full almost instantly was the coolest patch I have ever played in this game. Felt like a diety. And with 1-2 other nightblades rocking it old viper and veli, we could wreak havoc on an entire flock of 20+ pvp guild geese. If you didn't play cloak blade that patch you missed out.

DK: Deep Breath (was really cool when it was good)
NB: Shade (I like the utility)
Sorc: Streak (Can be used offensively and defensively)
Temp: Power of the Light (awesome smiting Animation)
Warden: Bird of Prey (love the animation)
Necro: Nercotic Potency (devour them souls)

Weapon: shock clench (mega AoE burst in trash fights)
Vampire: will see after rework (we better get a mist dash!)
WW: Howl of Agony (haven’t played WW in a very long time but this was my favorite)
Guild: Silver Shards (good range spammable of using bow)
