Yes, Wrothgar. I like both Elsweyr zones, but Wrothgar is one of the best zones in the whole game, IMO. It's pretty big, there's lots to do, it has Maelstrom Arena, it gives off an epic sort of feeling, and it has 'character', for lack of a better description. So, Wrothgar it is!

Story wise i would have to say Wrothgar as it feels nice to have a story where you don't need to save the world from complete destruction for once. Northern Elsweyr is probably my favorite zone just because of how beautifully crafted it is, the scenery is simply amazing. It's truly a shame Northern Elsweyr has so many locked doors though, would have loved to explore their interiors a bit more.

Because this is kind of unfair. They're both great zones, and to see one of them drop out while a dull slab of wet green stuff like Glenumbra moves on, is really sad.

Can't decide, so voting Northern Elsweyr to balance things a bit.

Wrothgar by a mile. The zone is beautiful and well constructed, unlike the ugly and incredibly difficult to navigate Northern Elsweyr. The absence of a wayshrine within the elevated and isolated interior of Northern Elsweyr is mind-boggling.

I prefer wrothgar for the amount of content it has relative to the cost, as well as its story doesnt rely on gods or overpowered beings. I accedently voted for elsweyr

Wrothgar is simply the best example of how an expansion should be done. But nothing beats Khajiiti culture (except, maybe, Argonian)

Northern Elsweyr. They both look good but the main questline in Wrothgar is the most boring and pointless in the game. Haven't done a whole lot of the sidequests in the zone yet so they might be better, but the main one turned me off this place so much.
Norther Elswyer have some good NPCs and it even made me slightly favorable towards Cadwell (and began to tolerate Tharn).

I like NE more in a lot of ways but it feels limited now. Wrothgar, as a zone, is more involved, including WBs which I still haven't soloed even though I've done all in NE. But the story is **** tbh. Sugarsnout is better than any quest in Wrothgar.

This one is so close that I'm going to have to give it a day before deciding. I'm leaning toward Wrothgar, but Northern Elsweyr is also worthy, and I feel I should revisit the public dungeons in both before deciding.

I love and adore Northern Elsweyr, it's one of my favorite zones. But I have SO MUCH nostalgia about Wrothgar. I think NE is actually prettier, but the stories in Wrothgar were fabulous and very REAL, like a good fantasy novel. NE had a good story, but it was so epic that it actually got tiresome at times. I liked the more personal feel of Wrothgar's political intrigue and clan politics ever so slightly more. I'm also not a huge fan of Khamira as the central protagonist, she felt very bland and formulaic. So, my vote goes to Wrothgar!

I judge any and every zone on story content first, before aesthetic, and Alfred Molina has made my main character care deeply for Abnur Tharn. Khamira and the other Elsweyr cats were also well acted, and I really enjoyed the story, despite being annoyed by the zone design/lack of wayshrine. I barely remember the main story from Wrothgar, and was unmoved by any of it, but I have never cared for Orcs much either and nothing in the story quests changed my opinion and made me care. Just personal opinion/preference. (Kinda funny though, since I wrote a Lord of the Rings fanfic where orcs are transformed into something more like dark elves, so I enjoy exploring Tolkien's orcs, just not ESO's!)

Wrothgar is a very beautiful zone, and the world bosses there were actually tough, which was nice for a change (I have vivid memories of working with a handful of other players at the Unfinished Dolman; my character stayed alive so the others could keep rezzing and we eventually chipped away until we beat it. Good times!). I really like the zone a lot and would pick it if it were against most of the other DLC zones...just not Northern Elsweyr, since the story there was among my favorites.

I do understand why so many picked Wrothgar, and it did bring a lot of great things to the game, especially the Maelstrom Arena.

Wrothgar could win the whole contest and I wouldn't mind. I love this region's verticality, it's various cliffs and waterfalls, you really get the feel that you're out in the wilderness somewhere, which is rare in this game. The story was really nice, for once you didn't have to save the world. I once hoped all the stories from dlcs and even Chapters would be like that, small regional problems and personal tales. The world doesn't need to be threatened every 5 minutes to keep things interesting.

It has more wayshrines and they're better placed. Elsweyr lacks in that department because of dragon chases.

That's an easy one ! (Or so I thought, I'm flabbergasted to see the result so far !)

Wonderful landscapes, architecture, music, great questline (who cares about the stupid dragons, but helping Khamira and Tharn was great), interesting side quests, the manifold and interesting culture of the Khajiit. Or some rocks, with and without snow, clumsy buildings, and the "Klingons for dummies" Orcish culture/questline. (And some pointless arena I never use.)
There's no accounting for taste, I guess.

I made only few quests in both zones, but visually NE is just great. Wrothgar looks good too, but landscape like that you may see in ton of games, while NE is more unique.
