In December there was a special where we gifted five event tickets, and in return we'd be given four crown crates. Anyone know when those crates are to be delivered?
The announcement said that the crates would be delivered in early January...and it's pretty close to mid January now. What's up with these crates?

Anyone who knows they fulfilled the promo requirements but don't receive the complimentary crates within the specified time frame can open a support ticket.
