Craglorn: Souls of the Betrayed

Hello!

One quick question: Quests such as "Souls of the Betrayed" in Craglorn lead me to "Skyreach Catacombs".

Finishing those daily quests mark the catacombs as complete?

I am not quite sure how this works in Craglorn.

    I mean "repeatable quests". They have a blue mark over the NPC.

    Yes they do, your icon on your map will be white instead of black. You can repeat the quest next day though since it's a daily.
