If you don't like to competitive nature of PvP, stay out of it. If you there just to do the quest and pick up the skyshards, go into one of the unpopulated campaigns. ZOS set up separate zones for PvE and PvP because they know there are gamers that prefer one over the other. So, if you die, wipe you eyes and re-spawn and continue on.
This whining about PvP is on the level of someone crying about how unfair it is because they can't have the Sanctified Silver Skin because they don't do trials. So sorry, the world isn't handed to you on a silver platter, earn it or walk away.
