Clarification for Activity Finder Hotfixes

Here is the post for the hotfix: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/506919/hotfix-maintenance-on-all-realms-jan-6-4am-est#latest

The wording makes it sound that not all problems with the activity find have been fixed yet. Only stating it can handle a large amount of people and stopping people from getting stuck in queue. If this is the case, could you comment on the other known issues that we may expect from the system? That way we have an idea of the potential issues that may occur and attempt to avoid them. Lastly, if there are still issues with activity finder, will there be another hotfix before the Undaunted Event in order to make the event run more smoothly?

Overall, I think this kind of communication is necessary at this point, because you're at two strikes with the Undaunted event. I really don't want there to be three. Communicating known issues that still exist and what causes them, may help us, the players, figure out ways to avoid them. I think various forum posts have proven that this community is very creative in finding odd solutions to all sorts of bugs we encounter. A lot of us are very resilient, we just don't like being blindsided.

Specifically: Some additional work is ongoing to address a few outstanding issues (edge-cases for pre-formed groups) that will be fixed by the time of this writing. Look for an undaunted test early next year to stress test the fixes.

Are pre-formed groups really an edge case?!? I usually queue with at least one friend and notice that it is so much slower to join, and also add folks if someone drops. Is it really true that 99% of players queue completely solo? The group finder fixes have actually been WORSE for me since the updated group finder launched, because before the only problem I had is the group failing during high volume times, while now it is difficult to receive people for partially formed groups and after a decline I frequently have to leave queue and re-queue (way more often than before).
My #1 wish for ESO Today: Decouple achievements from character progress and tracking.

This is the type of thing I am talking about. I really appreciate the monthly updates. I feel like tensions have gone down since they started this and people are very receptive of these post. I would just like them to go one more step forward with any fix and say "Here is what we fixed today. Now, here are any known remaining issues and what potentially causes them. We are currently working on fixes for these known issues and are thankful for your patience during this process." (added the bit at the end because I could) That way we know as a community, what problems that ZoS has specifically identified, instead of one or two random forum posts that may or may not be a problem for everyone. And we as a community, know exactly what they have fixed and can then inform them whether or not the problem still exists en masse or if it is down for a few "edge-cases".
