Because some players enjoy having dead mounts and pets. Sooner or later there will probably be a skeletal indrik and draugr indrik as well. It's supply and demand. I'm not demanding them, but there must be enough players demanding them that ZOS has taken notice. To each their own.

The first four were loosely based on the feather types (emerald, gilded, onyx, opaline). Now that they're run out of source material, they're free to do to Indriks what Benioff and Weiss did to A Song of Ice and Fire.

It's pretty, but not my thing. I doubt I'll be worrying about it. I'll just hang onto feathers, and the one white berry I have on both accounts on EU. If the snow one doesn't come back, no biggie.

Ah the lazy one.

Could of atleast made it a different colour of mount we have not had before? Black? orange? Pink?

Anywho, i Will still get it just because i am a collector, hopefully the corrupted Indrik is much more unique looking.

I have yet to see an indrik I like. A mount worth the grind. Now I´m sitting with 12 tickets and nothing to buy with them.

LOL, remembering coming to the Nord island who is EP staring zone as VR1 and took some minutes killing chickens as an revenge for all the problems they caused me in Skyrim

I'm glad it doesn't look too similar to the ghost elk which was released not long ago. I really regretted getting that after finding out there would be a ghost indrik available free in-game.

I'm not sure if I'll get this one. I've been put off the whole process after the mess-up with the Undaunted Event meant I missed out on completing the collection in 2019 (although all I missed was a feather for another nascent, which it seems I'll be able to get) and as I was originally going to just get the Dawnwood and then see what else I could do without too much trouble...and since it seems this one will involve a lot of PvP events which I don't enjoy, I think I'll probably skip it.

I suspect it's more that the feathers were coloured to match the indriks they'd designed. Those 4 (and the nascent) were datamined long before the event > ticket > feather/berry process was announced, so my guess is they decided to make an indrik mount, one or more artists did designs in a few different colours and then someone had the idea of making them event rewards and the feather and berry system was created for that.
